Deliveries are either made by our courier service or first class post. Orders sent by courier will be delivered Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 6.00pm and require someone to receive and sign for the delivery. If you think you may not be in when the delivery attempt is made - please leave additional delivery instructions, i.e. Please leave around side of house, etc...

Most orders are normally dispatched within 2 Working Days, If some items in your order are temporarily out of stock - some orders may take take 4-5 working days as we cannot guarantee stock status of the suppliers. The range of ready built rabbit hutches may take upto 7-10 working days for delivery as these are delivered by our hutch manufacturers directly and may depend on areas of the country they are delivering...If you live in the Scottish Highlands please contact us for an approximate delivery date on ready built rabbit hutches. Please allow upto 14 working days for delivery of products. Couriers will not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

We will notify you of any change of delivery by e-mail or telephone providing that we have your correct details with the order.

For delivery charges please refer to your checkout basket or order receipt. Delivery charges vary according to product. Please note that delivery prices quoted are for U.K mainland only (large items i.e. hutches, cages, etc)

Should you be unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason you may call our internet sales department on 0845 1662938 (local call rate) or 01204 692938 and as long as it is within 7 days of the date that the equipment was delivered to you, you will be entitled to a full refund of the cost of the goods as long as the equipment is returned in its original packaging, complete, unused and with proof of purchase from us.

We do not refund delivery charges for correctly supplied goods.

Please note that you are responsible for the return of any equipment and ‘Pet Supply Store’ cannot accept responsibility until we receive the equipment. You are responsible for any costs incurred in returning any goods to us.

Should any parts be missing, damaged or consumable items be used in whole or part, we reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund due to you for the whole value of the missing, damaged or consumable item.

Any refund will only be credited to the credit or debit card used for the original purchase and will only be made after we have received the goods and they have been inspected and confirmed as satisfactory by us.

Please allow 14 days for the refund to reach your account. Please note that this guarantee is offered as an extra benefit and does not affect your statutory rights.

If you have received a faulty product or item you must notify us in writing within 5 days of delivery of any faults or defects, describing any problems that you are experiencing.

Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery

You are responsible for any costs incurred returning goods to us. However, we are responsible for the cost of returning repaired or replacement goods to you. Responsibility for any product returned remains with you until such time as we receive it.

Goods returned must be adequately addressed and packaged so as to prevent any damage.

This warranty covers any faults or defects that are due to faulty design, manufacture or workmanship. It does not cover against misuse, neglect, wilful damage, modification, adaptation, overloading or repair unless authorized by us in writing.

Consumable items such as batteries, lamps, fuses etc. are not provided for under this warranty. Goods returned under this warranty may be repaired or replaced with goods of similar specification at our discretion.

Goods provided as replacement may be reconditioned as opposed to new. Goods will not be repaired or replaced until such time as any sums due to us in respect of those goods have been paid in full.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
